Can I dye, bleach or restyle the hair?
Yes, it is 100% human hair, it can be dyed or bleached, but we do not suggest dyeing it yourself, incorrect procedures could damage the hair. Contact a professional hair stylist or order the desired color heir from our store. Straighteners and curlers may be used for restyling, however repeated heating may cause drying and tangling. Excessive heat will damage the hair.
Why does the hear smell?
We wash the hair with warm water and shampoo, we also apply oil to prevent drying. You may wash the heir shampoo and conditioning to achieve the desired smell.
Why does the heir shed and tangle?
The hair can become tangled because of dryness, dirt, salt water, etc. The hair will shed a little even with the correct maintenance. Comb the hair daily with a wide tooth comb. Start at the end first, then the middle to the end, then from the top to the end. Wash with shampoo and conditioner at lease twice a week. This will prevent tangling and reduce shedding.
Why does the hair not keep the curls?
The extension is 100% human hair, and was curled using low heat and no chemicals, human hair will not hold curls indefinitely so regular restyling is required.
